hello again :) i got some delicates problem on waching demo file called: Exceeded limit of 1000 'xmodel' assets http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/127486452-4.jpg if is poseble to fix somehow or if can create one verzion for waching demos? (which would be best)

This means basically exactly what it says. Too many xmodel assets have been modified and the demo will not play back.
Is it because you are trying to play back a demo of an older version of the mod, from the newer version of the mod? Which map? (Citystreets is usually the one that dies first). Try executing the configs first to get the mod running and start a match correctly, and then call the demo file to playback.
Let us know how it goes. I am a little rusty on my knowledge of COD4 and Obs at the moment, but I believe if you run the version of the mod that the demo was recorded in, then it should play back.

map mp_crossfire mod mp_obs2.99e and test on obs 299f and 299d (_full). not same problem but whit problem :P
and forget about this problem if I find a solution i will tell

This is a bug I know about; for some reason playback of demos seems to load in one extra xmodel than normal gameplay.
Because crossfire is only one step away from being broken, this causes it to break on that map only.
My solution at the time was to build a custom version of the mod minus one model that I wasn't going to see in the video. However, this isn't practical as I probably don't have the exact source of whatever you were playing when you recorded it :(
