Hey there.

I was wondering what command was forcing player to spectate if there are no other players in a server. For example, if you are alone in server, you can't spawn, just spectate.
Now I can't spawn in other mods too, like default modwarfare.

It's not a command or dvar- spawning is controlled by the gametype script. Obscurity shouldn't be affecting this behaviour in other mods.

If you've been doing-a-dodgy and trying to decompile Obscurity, or messing around with your own mods, you could have some redundant scripts being loaded/compiled inside your other mods. Clear out or reinstall the mod tools over your:
Call of Duty 4/raw/maps
folder and rebuild your mod to fix the problem in this scenario.
