Thought I might add the first suggestion to this forum.
Marine, we have recently recovered a very powerful weapon created by the other world creatures we have come to know as the "Obscurity". You have been assigned the mission to test this weapon in real life battle and report back on all natures of the weapon and it's uses. The catch, you must kill 3 enemies before the weapon will be deployed to your location. This is simply to ensure the enemy forces have been crippled and there is much less chance of the weapon falling into the enemy's hands.
Basically after a 3 kill streak you gain the obs gun as a explosives weapon (instead of like the RPG or claymores) overriding any explosives you have equipped (assuming thats possible?)
I originally thought after a 5 kill streak but then thought it may be too hard for some players to reach (definitely me) and if 3 makes it too unbalanced/spamming of obs fire modes everywhere then you change it to 5? And since you haven't reached max fx and had to disable killstreaks (I assume?) on CO yet it may be possible?

sounds like a sweet idea, maybe a mode that after charging disrupts the cloaking of the enemy suit for a short time when shot, or makes it flicker or something.. i like the idea of being able to bounce people off buildings/bridges/etc as well ;)

Obs gun only that you can loot in current version only affects marines so I assume the gun you are talking about would have the same limitation.

Too many fx and elements needed to port, whilst also adding too much complexity to a mod that is meant to be simple. A basic form of a firemode or two could potentially be added in the form of something like a 'swap pistol' (pistol with obscurity swapping technology) or something I guess.
