Story:
After many years of battling the obscure creatures, that plauged this world we live in today, we hit a break through. The DNA collected from the blood of the creatures that were killed over time, we can now use to track these "obscurities" for a short duration of time on our Thermal UAV's, because of the rare and unusual Heat Cycle of there body temperature. Every fresh blood sample taken, will allow us to upload the core heat signature of the "obscurity" to our UAV to show us the Heat signatures of the obscurity for approx 15 - 30 seconds until there heat patterns change.
Game:
Perk: Thermal Uplink
Requirment: Eliminate an Obscurity
Effect: Fresh Blood sample will be uploaded to the UAV, allowing you to Pickup the Heat Signatures of the obscurity for roughly 15 - 30 seconds, until heat patterns change. (Obscurity will show on UAV for 15 - 30 Seconds)
*This is my latest Idea, I put a little effort into it* *Keep up the good work Regardless*

Problem: we removed the UAV because it's HUD and we hate it. I don't see it coming back even temporarily.

Awesome idea man, but as Falc said UAV is goneskis.
Also its only practical to use when there are several obscurities (or when there are 8+ people on server)

Appreciate the effort and backstory put into your idea, but IMO the instant an obscurity pops up on the radar I foresee a sniper bullet into his head before he can do anything.
Anyone else reaading this, ideas presented like this which clearly have a lot of thought put into them will get our attention. No more 'invisible helicopters shooting missiles' :P

what about goggles that had a charge like the night vision but once it ran out (and it ran out fast) you could not re-charge?
