Constant Teamkilling / tagging when in server.

Reaching tk limit disconnecting and connecting back to TK some more.

Warned many times but very persistant...Please melon

Just checked, and it's the same kenny that comes into our server and will sometimes teamkill then quit (doesn't rejoin though)

I'm all for this one.

I fifteen-minute-ban him quite frequently, he really doesn't get the message at all.

indeed he doesn't. I even made an other russian translate him that teamkilling isn't allowed, but he still tks...

I have kicked him for 15mins over 10 times but again...

Just ban him.

I usually just kick him when he joins nowadays for bad ping and because he always TK's.

Yes but when you are not there, he annoys others and they basically can't do nothing, so you better ban him.
