Are there any commands to make it go to day time when its night, or to get rid of sandstorms, fog, snowstorms and rain in version 2.99b?

TBH I cant remember. Try obscurity_dntimescale, obscurity_weatherchance and stuff like that.

try obs_dnoverride 3 or obscurity_dnoverride 3 and obs_weatheroverride 0 or obscurity_weatheroverride 0

They should work in 2.99b.
