Hey i have been playing OBS forever and was just wondering if you could help me to be able to use your night vision goggles on my private server because they are awesom and are alot easier on the eyes??? please let me know

Run the mod and you will be able to use the night vision goggles. Assign the NVG key within controls > multiplayer controls.

If you mean a standalone version of them then I am sorry, they are a part of the mod and are specifically created to work in conjunction with the day/night/weather cycles within both HitLoc and Obscurity. Without day/night cycles there is no use for the NVG's.
