How I Make More Obs To Appear like for 6 Humans there would be 2 obs and there is only 1

In server.cfg

The ratio is under "set obs_ratio 8"  //Ratio of survivors compared to one Obscurity,  for example.

The default config supplied by the DEVS has an explanation against certain items to help you.
