Hey guys,

As things are getting a little tight with funds on my end I'm not sure if I can keep the ATS Obs/Hitloc/Testing ground server running - however the server is only 50$ per month, if anyone is willing to donate a lil bit of coin; I can keep it up and running otherwise I might have to close it down in about a weeks time :(
