when u fly thingy and u land while having phase gun out u sometime sortof half pickup a gun that is on the ground, and if u jump[f] and try and knife it doesnt let u knife cause ur picking up a gun and puting it back down again.

Can't really help this, as you can't say a player is unable to pick something up... only way we can restrict the weapon usage is through dropping the survivor guns right after you pick them up.
