You don't suppose that I could get a File from one of you guys, Possibly the Static Noise Sound Effect off of OBS by any chance?  It's for an Obscurity website that I decided to make one night.

you know that the static noise is like over 40 random sections of radio static, and is coded in to play them randomly in the game when an ob walks..?

the civilian has ...ahhh ants all over me..... wht does the civilian have? well i guess we gotta wait till it comes out and we find out more

chaos that is totally off topic, and yes, if you read some other thread somewhere they have said that if the game isn't annoying as s--- to mod, then they will most likely make obscurity for it
