Here it is, standalone mod in downloads section

-Improved Obscurity selection logic... now turn based and much fairer
-Made Survivor nightvision less blurry
-Decrease size of scoreboard minimap
-Improved Squad menu
-Added button to "Opt out" of being obscurity
-Added "Armoury" gametype (obs_arm)
-Increased resolution of laser beams
-Made tracked effect visible at any range (rather than vanishing when too near)

Re-released with the following:

-Corrected range detection in Armoury

-Added inventory items into random weapon list in Armoury
