Move faster. Tank is difficult if you charge in at a group of guys, but if you sneak up on one guy whilst crouching it is difficult for them to do much. Use it wisely and it is useful. Also use it's special to blow up clays from a fairly decent distance.

Two bursts from an m16, even if they were point blank and all shots hit your head, would still only deal 96 damage vs. tank, out of 135 (default) obs health. So yeah that didn't happen, unless you were already injured and didn't know it.

Falc i think he is just looking for things to whinge about. He needs to realise that the tanks health can still be diminished by bullets and that you are not invincible.
Kiwii. Seriously. Just please be quiet and play the game. And stop asking them to change things. It is their mod and i have complete confidence in them to make it epic. They haven't let us down yet. You also have to remember that this version of the mod and the server it is running on is all testing and not released as a final.

seems to be a glitch with the tank. Several times ive knifed someone 3 times and each time it does nothing. even the people spectating noticed it....

why is it the developers respond constructively and the admins flame down posts that are genuinely trying to help in regards to bugs. yes we know its beta. some times bugs are missed .

Knifing is fine whilst you're using tank, you're just a super easy target which makes things difficult. Is it possible you had the obs pistol equipped whilst you were trying to stab the marine? If you have the Obscurity Pistol equipped, it takes around 10 slices to kill a marine. It is a silent way to attack, lethal if you can hit the neck, but rushing with the pistol is a bad idea as it will not deal the damage you want, unless you have firebug and torch them after you tag them.
Also keep in mind that if a marine has battle hardened he will not fall to the ground when crippled which may seem like you hit him but it did not register. If blood is spraying out of his leg while he is running it registered, just hit him with gore shot and watch him pop.

Edit: The post Jesus is referring to has since been erased, and we do not appreciate joke accounts being made for the sole purpose to spam/troll. It was most likely Freddy as he is the only one that goes on about such things. I will erase his account if he keeps it up.

Chucky, I don't consider my post to be flaming in any way. I don't forum flame because, well lets face it. Whats the point. The mod creators are constructive in their replies because that is the kind of people Snakelet and Falcar are. Deep down they are probably agreeing with me as others have.... Whereas I am not like that. If i get a bit frustrated by people reporting 'bugs' that aren't really bugs I am going to express it. Its the kind of person I am. And no I am not a forum admin... And please don't think for a second that I am arrogant because of that, if anybody has a legitimate question or enquiry I will do all I can to help said person.
