What is the problem falcar... My server rent use only cracked server i cant put normal :(

If you're GSP is only allowing you to rent cracked servers, then you need to find a different provider.
Trying to find a provider in Italy is going to be tough, I'm guessing the closest you will ever get is Amsterdam.
For Amsterdam Servers, check these providers out:
(Good provider for anyone looking for servers in the UK, I've never had experience with them, but excellent reviews)

(Very low pings and stable servers, support isn't the greatest)
http://www.hypernia.com/
(Easy to use for a novice, tends to have problems with ping/lag, support is same as hypernia)
http://www.gameservers.com/
(I've never had any experience with this provider, but they have good reviews)
http://www.lowpings.net/

Perhaps someone else knows where you could find a (LEGIT) server provider in Italy or Amsterdam?

Depending on how smart/or how much access you have to smart people, a VPS can also be very good.

If you don't mind, you can look for BSN, french servers.
In Brazil, their service is not that good, but out there, I got very good critics.

My clan friends in America use Gameservers.com for ours and we have NEVER had a problem. Great support and prompt service. Dunno if thats the same for your area though.
