Just a quick fix... will require 2.91 to be downloaded as I didn't update the images or config.

-Fixed the obscurity night vision toggler being in the primary weapon list
-Upgraded Smoke Grenade effects for better visuals and performance
-Hopefully fixed the lack of ammunition on Obscurity rifle

quick question, has the obscuritys invisableness been changed? Some people have been saying you can see them easier.
