Hey Fellas,
I have been playing this mod for a while now. just recently when playing obs, as soon as the spawn kicks in, there as a horrible, absolutely horrible loud and high pitched screech... like the obs sound but amplified 5 or 10 times. at my absolute lowest volume, where i cant even hear gunshots, the sound is almost bareable. my drivers are current, i have removed and redownloaded the mod.
This is on the EAS server, so im not sure if they have a "special" version.
My Specs are as follows.
EVGA 680i SLI
Core2Quad Q6700 @3.904 Ghz
4GB OCZ SLI Ready Ram @ 800MHz
2 BFG 9800 GT OC in SLI (manufacture OC)
Realtek HD audio (Standard Chipset)
Windows Vista X64
Sound occurs both on Headset and speakers, so its not a frequency one can hit and another cant.
Any help would be great, just let me know if any more information is needed.

Fixed:
Options>Sound>
turn quality to 44Khz
22 seems to make a horrible sound... maybe fix for later versions? not everyone changes default sound settings and may ware them away from the mod.

I have never heard of this before.... is it only on the first spawn when you join the server?

/Game option/Sound Quality/-=HIGH=-
If it's not on HIGH you will get screechy unplayable s---. I tried it once, was hilarious. DO THIS! lol

no, the sound is always there, you may get lucky and it will go away for 5-10 seconds, but it comes right back.
glad its fixed though. it was a REAL annoying sound.
