Hey guys =) In version 2.92a downloaded from the heat server I was able to go into singleplayer mode, choose a map, and go into the game choosing either obs or marines and practice, however, in 295a I press start new server and it won't let me choose a map, at all. All of them are just not there. It is on the default backlot but I can't change the level or the special map option. So I was just wondering what allowed it in 292a and not 295 cause I needed to practice down phasing on a couple special maps xD thanks in advance ^.^

I have no idea why this would be happening, as I haven't changed the menu, but quick solution (and the method I use to do similar things) is to load up your own private server by typing /devmap (mapname) into the console. For example, /devmap mp_vacant

this seems relevent so...
i know that in the devmap you can spawn "bots" that are simply ai that do nothing but shoot randomly (often harmlessly) and wonder around blindly. I was wondering if any of you could tell me the console commant to spawn a few of these for...."target practise"

Idk if anybody has noticed, but does your COD crash to desktop when you click "Join Game"? Happened to me on two seperate installations of cod4 since 2.95a after quitting game and starting vanilla

I join via xfire so no idea, sorry. /devmap mp_mapname is what I use when modding, and xfire when playing for fun.

Hi
Im new to the forum and first want to say thanks for the great mod guys! love it
To the point:
I cannot get /scr_testclients to work, value changes, but nothing happens
I've tried devmap mode, different versions of the mod (292a, 298), tried to put it into obscurity_default.cfg (everything else there still default), but nothing happens, im all alone there :/

im not sure if i tried /rcon login and /rcon scr_testclients
i though it was not needed on listen server, because the value changed anyway.
