i tried to upload a new avatar... no success... gif/jpg, both less than 5K.. no chance..

please help!

I tried too. They probably haven't got it set up properly for normal users yet..(they did make the website from scratch so you have to give them that)

For my avatar I used photoshop, saved for web as a gif so the file size is tiny, and when I made it, I made it big, and then scaled it down in photoshop to the size of the avatars here. A good referance is to take the preset OBS avatar, dl it, and just open then and copy the size. That's what I did at least ^.^

OK, it broke when we implemented jpeg and png support, but it should now work, so I suggest you all try again  ~Snakelet

I founded out what you did wrong snake!

Putting in avatar.JPG will see you fail til the cows come home.

Put in avatar.jpg (lower case) and it will work

who puts caps in file extensions...
